On the approach in to Les Deux Alpes, the resort is looked over by the steep black pistes coming down from Cretes and Diable (say no more!) and these blacks are ‘serious’ blacks!! The resort itself is spread out along a km or so of catered chalet accommodation, bars, restaurants, shops and hotels. The ski access is great, with the main cable car, chair lifts and bubbles departing from various points along the town edge. The skiing is extensive with the highest point at over 3500m with skiing on the Glacier. Snowsure until late in the season Les 2 Alpes is a fine resort for chalets and skiing for all.
